Mike Densmore
Mike is a native of Alexander City, Alabama and a graduate of Benjamin Russell High School and Auburn University where he was active in the football and wrestling programs during the days of Jordan and Umbach. Following graduation from Auburn, he coached football, wrestling, and golf at Emma Sansom High School in Gadsden, Alabama for three years before joining Goodyear.
Mike came to Fairfax UMC after his retirement from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio. He was Goodyear "Global Director of Organization Effectiveness & Strategic Projects where his principal responsibilities included "concept to market processâ€Â and leadership development. Among the first certified process consultants/facilitators in America, he has been listed among "Who's Who in Human Resource Managementâ€Â and has studied leadership, on-site, at The Center for Creative Leadership, Thunderbird University, University of Michigan, M.I.T. Sloan School, University of Wisconsin, Harvard, and Morehouse College.
