Regina Ergle has a helper’s heart, both on and off the job. As Administrative Assistant to Superannuate Homes and Ordained Ministry, she works with retired clergy families, particularly those who live in Superannuate Housing. Regina’s work is a real calling to work in the North Alabama Conference, because she is assisting the clergy and spouses who were the leaders of the Annual Conference when she and her husband Tex, an ordained Elder, entered the ministry 36 years ago.
Regina’s husband currently serves Jasper First, where she is his partner in ministry. She also helps in the community through her involvement in Hope Clinic, a community-supported provider of free medical care and prescription drugs to low income adults with no insurance who have chronic illnesses and don’t qualify for other care programs. She’s also active in the Arthritis Foundation.
Regina and Tex enjoy time spent with daughter Sarah, son-in-law Ken, and two special grandsons, Adam and Andrew. Aside from being “Grammy,” Regina likes following Alabama football, walking and reading.
