Conference Youth Leadership Team 2009-2010

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Conference Youth Leadership Team is a leadership development organization for youth and young adults of the North Alabama Conference of the UMC.  This team helps equip a new generation of Church leaders.  If you would like to help plan Conference wide events or feel a call to ministry then this team is for you.  The team meets three times a year and has three focus points. 

1)      The CYLT works to support the North Alabama Conference of the UMC in support of events and the Discipline of the UMC.

2)      The CYLT helps youth and young adults develop leadership skills they can use in their local Church

3)      The CYLT works to help youth and young adults discern God’s call on their life.

Whether you are an adult or student the CYLT could use your help.  

It is a great way to take your ministry gifts to the next level of leadership.
