Annual Conference Kids' Camp
for rising Kindergarteners through Sixth graders

The theme for this year’s Annual Conference Kids' Camp is “God’s Good Green Earth.” This two-day event is open to children and grandchildren of Conference participants. (To participate a child must be entering kindergarten in August 2012.)

  • Preregistration cost is $10 per child per day ($15 on site). This includes kid-friendly lunches, snacks, t-shirts and more for the full two-day event.
  • Kids' Camp hours will be 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
  • Annual Conference Kids' Camp will be in the Harbert Building.
  • Drop off/registration begins at 8 a.m. Friday morning. A map will be included in the Kids' Camp registration confirmation email.
  • Annual Conference Kids' Camp will include on-site mission opportunities. More information will be included in your confirmation email.

Preregister online before May 25, 2012. Parents, please note any allergies your children have on the online registration form. All forms must be completed and turned in when children arrive for camp. 

Nursery for Preschool Children

 The North Alabama Conference will also provide a nursery and childcare for children under 5 years old during Conference hours on Friday and Saturday.

  • Preregistration cost is $10 per day per child ($15 on site).
  • Childcare hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
  • Childcare will be in the Harbert Building in the Stevens Conference Center Room on the first floor.
  • Drop off/registration begins at 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. A map will be included in the childcare registration confirmation email.

Pre-register for Kids' Camp or Nursery online before May 25, 2012.
You are not registered until payment has been received.

Childcare at Evening Worship Services

Memorial Service, Thursday, May 31
Trinity UMC will provide childcare during the Memorial Service on Thursday evening. Families must reserve childcare by contacting Trinity UMC at (205) 879-1737.

Ordination Service, Friday, June 1
Canterbury UMC will provide childcare during the Ordination Service on Friday evening. Families must reserve childcare by contacting Canterbury UMC at (205) 871-4695.
