All reports received are included in the Pre-Conference Booklet at the discretion of the Director of Connectional Ministries and/or the Conference Secretary. Any reports received after the report deadline will be received at the discretion of the Director of Connectional Ministries and/or the Conference Secretary due to publishing requirements.
In your report this year, please specifically address how your board, agency, committee, team, ministry, mission, or institution is helping the annual conference achieve its vision (stated above) and how your group benefits from or adds value to our United Methodist connectional system in North Alabama. As we return to the campus of Birmingham-Southern College for Annual Conference this year, we will be celebrating Christ's work through our family of United Methodists, a family reunion of sorts. Your report should include how your group functions, serves and thrives in that family.
You may ask for a review of your report if it is submitted to the above email address prior to the deadline. If it is deemed not to meet the guidelines, the review will indicate specific reasons and you will have an opportunity to re-submit. The review will include a deadline for re-submission.
Any reports not received by the deadline may be considered for inclusion in the registration packet at the discretion of the Director of Connectional Ministries and/or the Conference Secretary and, if approved, will require 1,500 copies and assistance in stuffing the registration packets on May 24, 2012, at the United Methodist Center.
Thank you for your service and faithfulness in ministry. If you have any questions regarding these reports, please email or call us.
