Meals during Annual Conference

The following meals will be available with the purchase of a Meal Ticket.
You may purchase a meal ticket through online registration (even if you are not a member and will just be visiting Annual Conference) by clicking here.

  • Thursday Family Picnic - $5.50
    Chik-Fil-A sandwich, chips, brownie
     
  • Friday lunch - $8.00
    Barbecue sandwich, slaw, chips, cookie
     
  • Friday dinner – $9.00
    Fried or baked chicken, baked potato, broccoli casserole, roll, dessert
     
  • Saturday lunch - $8.00
    Roast beef with potatoes, carrots & onions, green beans, rolls, dessert
     

Special Meals
For all Special Meals (other than the Family Picnic and Laity Luncheon) you must make your reservation with the contact person.  You may purchase tickets for the Family Picnic and Laity Luncheon through online registration.

Concessions
Concessions will be available in the Café just outside the Worship Center at ClearBranch UMC. Concessions are made available by the North Alabama Youth Leadership Team. All proceeds provide grant money for students and churches to help begin ministries to students in North Alabama, the United States and across the world.
