I'm grateful for the clarity and transparency that Bishop Wallace-Padgett has brought to appointment making. After more than four decades as a participant and now as an observer, this was the most respect-filled process I've seen (which is another way of saying it was a Spirit-filled process). The integrity of the process has, I believe, led to a greater level of trust by both clergy and laity. Over time this will enhance the health and enthusiasm of the Conference. Thank you.

I believe the appointments will prove to be as spirit filled as the process. As a lay person who has been observing the appointment process for about 50 years, I am thrilled and thankful for our Bishop and how she led this process!!
