Fair Haven Wins Patient Safety Award

The Alabama Quality Assurance Foundation (AQAF) recently honored Fair Haven Retirement Community for its outstanding work and commitment to reducing patient related medication errors and potential adverse drug events.
This project is a part of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Patient Safety Pharmacy Collaborative known as "PSPC 4.0."
Fair Haven is a Methodist Home of Alabama and Northwest Florida located in Birmingham, and is home to more than three-hundred senior adults residing in various levels of care. Fair Haven proudly pursues excellence in all areas of its mission in caring for senior adults.
