How the Church Fails Businesspeople (and what can be done about it). Come join with other businesspeople (this includes physicians, attorneys, etc.) and hear Dr. John C. Knapp share insights found in his book, How the Church Fails Businesspeople (and what can be done about it). Dr. Knapp will be the speaker after a continental breakfast ($5.00, payable at the door) in Wesley Hall on April 9, 2013 from 7-8:30 a.m. Dr. Knapp's comments will be followed by an opportunity for questions from the audience. Dr. Knapp is university professor and founding director of the Frances Marlin Mann Center for Ethics and Leadership at Samford University. Before entering academia, he was president of a corporate communication-consulting firm. His other books include: For the Common Good: The Ethics of Leadership in the 21st Century, and Leaders on Ethics: Real World Perspectives on Todays Business Challenges.
