Travel and Lodging: These expenses are your responsibility.
Here are two options:
Transportation: UMPH will provide transportation as needed between hotel and UMPH during the event. For those arriving by plane, airport shuttle service is available. We will send that information when we receive your registration.
Meals: UMPH provides lunch and dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday.
Special Needs: If you have special needs for meals or other accommodations during your time with us, let us know on the registration form and we will do our best to make you comfortable.
Pack for Nashville weather. Nashville weather is unpredictable in March. When you pack, plan to wear layers that allow you to adapt to chilly meeting rooms. Casual, comfortable clothing will be ideal. An umbrella is a good idea, too.
What Else to Bring? Stories to share about what’s happening in Christian education across your conference, district, or church. Lots of feedback and input for The United Methodist Publishing House. On Friday morning we want to hear from you on a variety of concerns. We really value your opinions, thoughts, and ideas.
