2013 Apportionment Packets
The Treasurer’s Office has informed us that the Apportionment packets will be ready on August 20th. Clergy whose consultation is prior to August 20th will receive their packets through the mail. After August 20th, clergy will receive their packets at the time of their clergy consultation.
Charge Conference Reports and Pastor Reports
On July 16, 2012, clergy received an email from the North Alabama Conference regarding Charge Conference and Pastor Reports. Please carefully read the instructions for reporting. District Superintendent Sherill Clontz sent an email to Cheaha District pastors on July 26 with additional information and requirements. Reports are due online two weeks prior to your Charge Conference.
As in previous years, the District office will be happy to assist. Computers and technical assistance are available by appointment.
