We hope that the relationships formed at this gathering become an invaluable tool that helps you build a stronger ministry.

By coming to your area, the shorter travel distance and affordable registration fees will allow you to bring many of the staff and volunteers on your team. The speakers they’ll hear from, the training they’ll receive, and the community that develops provides an excellent environment for growth.

This gathering is also a great opportunity to get your ministry-specific questions answered from our Orange Leaders, Orange Coaches, and your fellow ministry leaders who have experienced the same things you have.

Gathering of Orders 5K Run and Lake Walk

Tuesday, October 18, 7AM

Registration fee $10

The Gathering of Orders is a time for us to take a break from the business and demands of church work to fellowship with each other and care for ourselves. Part of that self-care is our physical health. This year at the Orders Gathering, we are inviting everyone to participate in either the 5K run or lake walk. This walk and run is an opportunity not only to focus on our health, but to support the mission work of our conference. All money raised will benefit the Mission 2 Gather organizations (www.mission2gather.com). Ask people in your congregation to sponsor you. If you raise $100 or more, you will get a gift card to Cokesbury for 10% of what you raise. So, let’s get healthy and support our mission work at the same time.
