About Southeast District
The Southeast District is one of eight districts in the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church.
There are one hundred and five United Methodist Congregations in the district. The district covers Chambers, Clay, Coosa and Randolph counties as well as parts of Talladega and Cleburne counties.
Our mission conforms to the commission of Jesus and the mission of all Unite Methodist churches. Our mission is to reach more people for Jesus Christ. Each year we are getting better at communicating the gospel and serving as churches to disciple new believers.

The District Superintendent is Dr. Richard L. Stryker, III. The District Lay Leader is Mr. Bob Neighbors. Reverend David Carboni is the Assistant to the D.S. and Mrs. Debby Webb is the Administrative Assistant. These persons, along with various committees of the district and cluster leaders work along with churches to fulfill the mission of the church by means of the priorities.
