Churches and Pastors Commended for Growth

Churches of the Southeast District met for the yearly District and Pre-Conference meeting on May 20th. At the District conference, the Southeast District recognized nine churches for exemplary faithfulness to Christ resulting in an increase in average attendance and profession of faith over 2010 and for 100% Apportionment in 2011.

 Pastors of these churches received the “2011 One for Jesus leadership Recognition” for exemplary pastoral leadership resulting in an increase in average attendance and profession of Faith over 2010 and for guiding the church towards 100% Apportionment.

These churches and pastors improved over the previous year’s number by reaching more people for Jesus Christ than they did the year before
