It is amazing how God works!  As I read the weekly conference blog of July 23rd it sounded like someone had listened to Morgan United Methodist Church's VBS planning meeting this year.  For years we have seen kids who are on VBS overload.

Children from across North Alabama participated in their own "session" during Annual Conference.  After two full days of Bible stories, crafts, games, music, and mission activities, students were asking to come back for more!

Gadsden First United Methodist Church celebrated the grand opening of the new church playground with a picnic and dedication.  Slyde, the playground hound, the National Playground Safety Mascot, made a special appearance at the celebration!
